Today is our last week of the term. We finish a week earlier so that the teachers and children can attend next Sunday’s combined service to farewell the Le Page family.

There is no Sunday School today in view of the long weekend. The following Sunday (17th of June) will be our last week of term. We finish a week earlier so that the teachers and
children can attend the combined service on the 24th of June to farewell the Le Page family.

Special Combined Service & Morning Tea - June 24 @ 10:30 am
A special combined service at 10.30am on Sunday June 24th will be held, followed by morning tea/brunch, to say farewell to Clinton, Kirsti and the children. This will be their last Sunday with us, prior to taking up ministry in the Bundoora parish. We want to thank them for their years of ministry at DPC, and wish them every blessing in their new role at Bundoora. Please make every effort to attend, and bring a plate to share in this time together. We also hope to take a photo of the congregation following the morning service......something we haven’t done before. This is a special service, and we urge you to attend and be part of it. There will be no 8.30am service on that Sunday.

PNG Earthquake Appeal
The recent 7.5 magnitude earthquake and subsequent aftershocks in Papua New Guinea have resulted in more than a quarter of a million people in need of urgent assistance. The Mission Action Council had resolved to contribute money to help these poor people in need. We would be grateful for your contribution towards this need. Please place your love gift in an envelope marked ‘PNG appeal’.
Lost Property
There are lots of lost and personal items near the piano in the hall. This is your last opportunity to check through these items. All items that are not claimed will be given to the op shop.
Coins for Missions
If we could drop a $2 coin each week into the Coins for Missions Box, this will go a long way in meeting the urgent needs of missionaries.
